The experience in general was really good. Except the fact that when we got at the reception of the hotel, the lady was telling us we didn't pay, which we were trying to pay because the app said we need to pay at the hotel the amount left. She was a little bit confused, called a bunch of times to her supervisors (we think) and kept us waiting for 30minutes
