    A day pass is a pass that allows you to enter a hotel as a non-resident and use their amenities. Most commonly are pool access day passes, and spa access day passes. It's a fantastic opportunity to explore new hotels and discover new places.

    Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email confirmation and your booking is guaranteed.

  • Do I need to call the property before coming?

    No. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive your confirmation immediately and can go directly to the property. The property receives a confirmation by email as well.

  • What if I have a problem before or during my visit?

    Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist you. If you have any questions or face any issues, you can contact us on our WhatsApp and we will help you find a solution quickly.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer you a flexible option allowing you to cancel up to 24h before your arrival. 

  • Why is the date or pass I want unavailable?

    If the pass you are hoping to book says unavailable on the booking page, it means the hotel is either not offering passes on that day or that pass has already sold out. 

    You're always welcome to frequently revisit and check if your preferred pass becomes available, or we recommend exploring other passes in the vicinity!

  • Can I bring my own food and drink items to the hotel?

    Our associated hotels do not allow the introduction of outside food and beverages. Please do not bring your own food and drinks when using a pool pass. 

  • What payment provider do you use?

    Credit/debit card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor used by companies like Amazon, Google, and Kickstarter. Payment details are securely stored by them

  • What does a day pass include?

    A Day Pass allows you to access most amenities a hotel client would such as Sports, Leisure, and Recreation amenities. This means you can normally use their pools, spa, gyms, or other wellness equipment for a few hours.
