Everyone was super nice and hospitable: the low rating comes from how poor the coordination was with get your guide. I tried reaching out multiple times to schedule a time for hammam/massage to both get your guide and be Marrakech and it was unanswered. Also the massage was 20 minutes not an hour. Really not worth the money which is unfortunate because I quite liked the owner.

I had the most perfect day at Be Marrakech, the hotel provided a driver to pick me from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had a very relaxing Spa day and lunch at the terrace was delicious. Surely coming back to stay there 🌞
