    Booked on line got to the Fairmont to be told we weren't booked in ! In the end the receptionist found my name on her list and said yes you are booked in. Had a great lunch but while having lunch the lady from reception came across to say she had charged us incorrectly and wanted another 88dirhams. I said once we had finished lunch we would come and sort the issue, but 5 minutes later she was back again with her card machine so I had to tell her to go away as we are trying to enjoy our Christmas lunch. Soon as we had finished she was back again as she was in a rush as she was going off shift. Really spoiled our day and would never recommend this place to anyone.

  • How can I order a taxi?
