6I honestly expected more from this place. The welcome was fairly underwhelming: we were simply pointed towards the sunbeds, and I had to ask myself about towels and how the lunch arrangement worked. In the end, we had to figure most things out ourselves. The hotel itself also feels somewhat dated. The chair cushions looked worn out and some of the parasols were broken, which gave an unkempt impression. Unfortunately, during lunch there was also a very rude family whose children were throwing their entire lunch on the ground “for the birds,” while the parents were busy chatting and ignoring it. Of course, the hotel cannot always control other guests, but it certainly did not improve the overall experience. For this price, I expected a much higher standard, especially considering the hotel’s rating of 8.

8The hotel is really beautiful and everything run very well. The only point that really didn’t work very well was the lunch, for which it was not well organized. We order 4 main dishes. We received 2 of them after we claimed about the time we were waiting. But the second 2 dishes only came after another claim…and more than 30 minutes after. So they really need to improve in the lunch service which was desorganized.

9It was great, smoth booking experience and smooth arrival into the hotel. Nice place too. We didnt get any welcome ice cream as advertised and had to push for the 20% off treatments but bar that it was a good experience.

6Not overly thrilled with our experience here. The pool is lovely and some of the staff are friendly but unfortunately our food took around 45 minutes to arrive. When we realised how long we had been waiting one of the guys told us our foods coming now. Another 10 minutes later it arrived. The food was good, some of the drinks are abit pricey. I booked a tanning sun massage which was not quite what I thought it was. It was described as a tanning massage to enhance glow but I only got my back done? Why would it only be my back I want tanning? The masseuse was lovely so this doesn’t reflect on her it reflects on what was advertised. Then we asked for our desert a further 45 minutes to then I asked if it was coming to be told they’d sold out of what I ordered. So then waited a further 10 minutes or so. How did it take 55 minutes for ice cream?

Great decision, especially as the package included a 2 course lunch and tanning massage. We were also offered a welcome drink when we came. Would highly recommend especially as a way to use your time before heading to the airport.

Un accueil exceptionnel, personnel très disponible, déjeuner simple mais de qualité avec un espace extérieur à la piscine calme propre et agréable.
