Really lovely day - staff polite and attentive

We had a very disappointing experience due to the rude and condescending behaviour of the manager and staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as though we were inferior guests because we had purchased a day pass to use the pools and facilities. At check-in, the woman at the front desk smirked and repeated “day pass” in a clearly dismissive tone. Later, she even asked whether we had ever been to a hotel before, which felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. The male manager also behaved in an uncomfortable manner, repeatedly looking us up and down and speaking with other staff members in French before addressing us. The overall atmosphere made us feel unwelcome and judged. This was particularly disappointing given that we paid €100 expecting a relaxing and enjoyable day. Instead, we left feeling like second-class customers. Basic courtesy and respectful customer service go a long way, and treating guests with kindness should not be difficult.
